Some of the BEST food I have eaten! Amazing restaurant, friendly and accomodating staff. If I am ever back in the Denver area I will make sure to come back! Dietary restrictions: I have allergies to tomatoes and gluten, and am sensitive to deep fried foods and was able to get a delicious meal that accommodated all my needs!

The food is delicious but their willingness to accommodate strict dietary needs is an enormous selling point that can’t be overstated. My wife has severe autoimmune disorders and requested they not deep fry the corn tortillas in a recipe that typically is served deep fried. She can’t have spicy food but I love spicy food. They were happy to cook it as requested. Well done.
